Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be both, effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment at that appointment time. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice please call as soon as you are able.

You will get notification of both booking and prior confirmation of your appointment. If for any reason you do not show for you appointment without any notification, you are still able to book future appointments, but a credit card is required to secure future appointment where there will be a full charge for service should you again not show for that appointment.
